Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clipper2 ("the Service"), operated by Cigital Studio ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Clipper2 is a content repurposing tool. It helps you turn long-form videos (such as podcasts) into short vertical clips, generate captions, and publish those clips to social media accounts you connect, including TikTok and Instagram, through their official developer APIs.

2. Your accounts and content

• You are responsible for the content you upload and publish through Clipper2, and for having the rights to use it.
• You must comply with the Terms of Service of every platform you connect (TikTok, Instagram, and others).
• Clipper2 never publishes content without your explicit approval. You review and approve every clip before it is posted.
• You may disconnect any linked account at any time, both from Clipper2 and from the platform's own app settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Clipper2 to publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, is misleading or deceptive, spam, or that violates platform policies. We may suspend access if we believe your use harms the Service, other users, or third-party platforms.

4. Third-party platforms

Clipper2 relies on third-party APIs (TikTok, Instagram/Meta). We do not control these platforms. Their availability, API limits, or policy changes may affect the Service. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take regarding your account or content.

5. Fees

The Service is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future. Any changes will be announced in advance.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any clip will perform well on social media.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cigital Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
